Your Six Sigma path, step by step
1. Gap study (3 days to 1 week):
Our experts visit your site, interview key staff and assess your readiness for company-wide deployment. You get a maturity report and training modules tailored to your gaps.
2. Sponsor training (half a day):
Senior leaders learn the roadmap and their roles, responsibilities and accountability, and commit to making Six Sigma a priority.
3. Workshop and Unique Action Portfolio (UAP):
Your management team identifies and ranks problems. We help select priority projects and build a UAP with project leaders, expected financial benefit and timeline.
4. Green Belt certification:
Train the change agents who will solve problems with data.
5. Black Belt certification:
Develop full-time experts who lead high-impact projects and mentor Green Belts.
6. Master Black Belt certification:
Build the in-house leader who runs the programme independently.
